840-Don't argue in order not to loose your respect, and
don't joke lest others may
become impudent to you.
841-Polytheism among people is more hidden than the movement
of ants on a black
cover in a dark night.
842-It
is enough in politeness to dislike for others what you
dislike for yourself.
843-Of
the back-breaking afflictions is a neighbor who ignores your
good deeds and magnifies your faults.
844-Worship is not increased fasting and praying but
increased contemplation in
God's command.
845-Reaching the Exalted Glorious God is a journey (which
is) not possible but
through night vigilance.
846-The most restless among people is the jealous one.
847-A
believer is a brother for other believers and a bother for
non-believers.
848-The fool's heart is in his mouth, while the wise man's
mouth is in his heart.
849-Humbleness is a blessing which is not envied.
850-Whoever has piety as his character, generosity as his
nature and patience as
his trait , will have many friends
851-How shameful is it for a believer to have attachment to
something which
causes his humiliation.
852-Good reasoning is true beauty.
853-All grimes are put in a house the key to which is lying.
854-No
honorable person leaves the truth without getting humiliated
and no humiliated person takes the truth without getting
honored.
855-Whoever admonished his brother in secret, has adorned
him, and whoever
admonished him in front of others, has
indeed humiliated him.
856-The most pious among the people is the one who stops in
doubts, the most
worshiping is the one who performs
religious obligations, the most austere is the one who
leaves the unlawful, and the most striving is the one who
quits committing
sins.
857-The righteous love to the righteous is a reward for the
righteous;
The
sinner's love to the righteous is magnanimity for the
righteous;
The
sinner's enmity to the righteous is an adornment for the
righteous;
and
the righteous enmity to the sinners is a disgrace for the
sinners.
